Making A Straight Line

We really pride ourselves on having a full-featured online design tool for our website and as a result there are some tips & tricks to be had. As the title indicates this tip will show how to add a horizontal rule using only clipart from our galleries. So here we go…

Step 1
Design your label and leave room for the Rule

Step 2
In the Clipart library, goto the “Symbols” category and add the square shape.

Step 3
Using the Resizing boxes, reshape the square until it looks like a line

Step 4
Place the line wherever you like. (Use the Duplicate tool in the left-toolbar to make an exact copy)

Using a horizontal rule is a great way to separate out the elements of your design to highlight certain text or image items.
